		<description>Pretty good review I&#039;d say.  I&#039;d never even heard of the theory of Devolution before, and its already out the window as well.  You provided some fair counter arguments too, pretty well done!  I&#039;ll admit though, I didn&#039;t go through all the sites you gave in this review.  They were so over my head, but it&#039;s very good to have I think, nice touch. </description>
